After 48 h, the PDE4D protein level was examined via western blot analysis. (B-E) knockdown of PDE4D increased HCT116 and SW1116 cell proliferation (B), colony formation (C), migration and invasion (D) and significantly inhibited cell apoptosis (E). In addition, PDE4D knockdown reversed of these functions induced by the silence of miR-203a-3p. Each assay was repeated three times.
