PARPi single exposure radiosensitizes RH30 and RD cells, and decreases clonogenic ability of RMS cells. RH30 and RD cells untreated (DMSO) or pretreated with Olaparib or AZD2461 for 24 h were irradiated or not with a single dose of 4 Gy. Four h after IR, cells were seeded at low concentration and allowed to grow for 12 days to examine their colony formation capacity.
