Characterization of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). MSCs isolated from Wharton’s jelly of Human Umbilical Cords were characterized by flow cytometry. The gray histograms represent test samples. Inset value denotes the percentage of the positive population. MSCs were positive for cluster of differentiation 90 (CD90), CD105, and CD73; and were negative for CD34, HLA-DR and CD45.
