For the measurement of relative activities, 1 mM substrates were reacted with 100 μg/mL rBGLa (pNPG, pNPGr, baicalin, glycyrrhizin, hesperidin, and naringin) and 0.1 μg/mL rBGLa (liquiritin and geniposide).
