BMMs were stimulated with 0, 10, 30 or 50 ng/ml M-CSF for 24 h, total RNA was extracted and adiponectin mRNA expression was measured using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The BMMs in the 50 ng/ml M-CSF group had lower expression levels of adiponectin in comparison with groups without M-CSF.
