Srv2 Regulates Fission by Modulating Actin on Mitochondria

(C) Analyses of mitochondrial morphology and F-actin in wild-type (WT) cells treated with latrunculin A along with mutant stains of Δtpm1, Δabp1, and Δsla1 cells were used to verify the effects of F-actin assembly on mitochondrial dynamics.
