Overview of the total sequences, number of OTUs and microbial diversity of E. oleracea fruits during postharvest fermentation under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Ecological measures were indicated by Chao1 richness estimator and Shannon-Weaver diversity index. The calculation of the richness estimator and diversity index was based on OTU tables rarefied. The total sequences refer to the total number of taxonomically assigned sequences, and OTUs were defined as <3% nucleotide sequence difference (n = 3).
