Recurrent amplifications and deletions in primary, metastatic, and recurrent settings. Multiple significantly recurrent amplifications (A) and deletions (B) were detected across all groups. Significant amplifications corresponding to PIK3CA and c-MYC were found to have the highest prevalence in recurrent tumors, followed by metastatic tumors and primary tumors.
