UGS attenuated 6-OHDA-induced motor dysfunctions when co-treated with L-dopa. To evaluate the passive motor function, rotarod test was assessed (A). For hemi-parkinsonian model, it can evaluate the effect of dopamine function via apomorphine-induced rotation tests (B). Values are given as the mean ± S.E.M. (N = 8). The significance of differences was analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni's Multiple Comparison Test: ##p < 0.01 and ###p < 0.001; mean values were significantly different from the sham group. *p < 0.05 and ***p < 0.001; mean values were significantly different from the 6-OHDA group. ϕp < 0.05 and ϕϕϕ p < 0.001; mean values were significantly different from the 6-OHDA + L-dopa group.
