Puerarin preferentially blocks inactivated Na_v channels in DRG neurons of paclitaxel (day 10) rats (Ctrl, control; PTX, paclitaxel; Pue, puerarin). (A) The representative current traces were recorded before and 15 min after puerarin application at indicated concentrations and the protocol for the inactivation of Na_v channels. (B) IC₅₀ values of puerarin on inactivated Na⁺ currents of DRG neurons in control (n = 9 neurons in each data point) and paclitaxel (n = 9 neurons in each data point) groups.
