A positive coefficient indicates that the dependent variable (curvature or velocity profile deviation) increased with an increase in the value of the variable or increased in the presence of that variable (for binary variables). (*) Horizontal saccades were used as base level, so comparisons for vertical and oblique saccades are against horizontal saccades. Leftward saccades were compared to rightward saccades. Downward saccades were compared to upward saccades. (∇) Comedy had lower curvature and velocity-profile deviation compared to each of the other movie genres, documentary, animation, drama and action.
