Liver tissues were collected from 10-week-old wild type and Esr1-/- male rats. Total RNA was isolated, and cDNA-libraries were prepared for RNA-sequencing. RNA-seq raw data reads were analyzed using CLC Genomics Workbench. Differentially expressed genes were further analyzed for their involvement in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism by IPA. |
