There are 1392 rice genes in 15 modules. Base on OrthoMCL method, a total of 1605 and 1608 differentially expressed genes were identified as putative orthologues of rice genes in shoot and root of C. songorica, respectively. In putative orthologues in C. songorica shoot DEGs and root DEGs, the numbers on the left represent the DE_lncRNAs target genes in putative orthologs
