AR-12/MPs non-sterilized, or sterilized by gamma irradiation or ethylene oxide treatment were evaluated for Ace-DEX degradation at (A) pH 5 and (B) pH 7.4. Drug release of AR-12 was evaluated at (C) pH 5 and (D) pH 7.4 Values are reported as mean percent release normalized to time [0] ± SEM (n = 3).
