The reaction was conducted on 50 μM protein with 150 μM cisplatin at 25 °C for 8 h. The selected m/z region shows + 5 charged peaks. The peaks are shown in a cluster due to the binding of different number of NH₄⁺ ions since NH₄OAc was used. The assignment of peaks is given in Supplementary Fig. 8 and Supplementary Table 3
