BPDs 5 and 6 suppressed the migration of SMMC7721 cells. 8 × 105 cells were seeded in 6-well plates. After 24 h, the confluent cells were scratched with tips. SMMC7721 cells were treated with 5 (1.23 μg/mL) and 6 (0.4 μg/mL) for 24 h. The migration of SMMC7721 cells were determined by wound healing assay.
