BRD4 IC50 values were measured by AlphaScreen™ binding assay and reported as the average of 2 replicates ± SE (conducted in Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, top data) and as the average of 4 replicates ± SD (conducted in University of Oxford, bottom data).
