History of stroke or systemic embolism, old age (>65 years), hypertension, and congestive heart failure were significantly associated with higher prescriptions of triple therapy after PCI. However, histories of peripheral artery disease, PCI, and myocardial infarction were associated with underuse of triple therapy.
