Comparison of Exo-DOX formulations on cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis.

Notes: (A) The IC₅₀ of free DOX in PCCs was determined after treatment with indicated concentrations for 24, 48, and 72 h. PCCs were treated with Exo-DOX (B) or Exos (C) obtained from PCCs, PSCs, and MØs for 24, 48, and 72 h, and viability of cells was determined by the WST-1 assay.
