CD3e⁺CD4⁺ and CD3e⁺CD8a⁺ T cells were depleted from spleen (A and B) and thymus (E and F) of Rag-2^−/− mice, while the number of CD3e⁻NK1.1⁺ NK cells (C and G) was markedly increased in these lymphoid organs. Spleen and BM also showed a significant reduction of IgM⁺/B220⁺ B cells.
