RHDV-NSP6 enhances the activity of caspase-3, 8, and 9 in RK13 cells. RK13 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1-NSP6 or empty vector (3000 ng). Activity kinetics of (A) caspase-3, (B) caspase-8, and (C) caspase-9 was measured at the indicated time points post transfection using a caspase-3/8/9 assay kit.
