Percent organic matter in soil: T1 (67.5%) – T2 (23.2%) – T3 (10.4%) – T4 (5.6%) – T5 (2.5%). A total of 12,204 16S rRNA gene sequences were analyzed for treatment T1, 39,556 for T2, 30,319 for T3, 23,518 for T4, and 27,428 for T5.
