GEN inhibited M2 polarization of THP-1 macrophages co-cultured with OCSLCs. The co-culture of SKOV3-derived OCSLCs with THP-1 macrophages was treated with or without GEN (10, 20, and 40 μM). The levels of CD163 a and p-STAT3 b protein expression in THP-1 macrophages as well as the contents of IL-10 and IL-12 c, NO d, and IL-8 e in Co-CM were shown.^*P < 0.05, vs THP-1 macrophages were treated with vehicle (0.1% DMSO). ^#P < 0.05, vs THP-1 macrophages were treated with GEN (10.0 μM).
