P values shown are for comparison of control and PBC monocyte-derived macrophages (MDM) on Day 5 of culture. Values were compared using student’s t test with p ≤ 0.050 considered statistically significant. P values for comparison of each MDM receptor cultured in heat-inactivated FBS versus autologous serum were all >0.050.
