Measured and calculated B1 maps with and without uHDC with different permit-tivity at 1.5 and 3T using Phantom 1. The uHDC block with relative permittivity 3300 produced similar enhancement of B1 field at 1.5 T than those at 3T with uHDC block with relative permittivity = 1200.
