The fluorescence intensity was obtained by CLSM in S. xylosus uptake doxorubicin hydrochloride. (A–C) The fluorescence intensity of S. xylosus was treated with only doxorubicin hydrochloride for 30 min, 1 and 3 h, respectively. (D–I) S. xylosus was treated with CD-g-CS (QCD = 0.643 × 103 μmol/g) and CD-g-CS (QCD = 0.6 × 102 μmol/g) that contained doxorubicin hydrochloride for 30 min, 1 and 3 h, respectively.
