GSE55983 included data from the three primary human uveal melanoma cell lines, Mel290, Mel270 and 92.1. CD3+ T cells were isolated from whole blood from healthy donors, activated using anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies and cultured in 0.4 μm membrane inserts over uveal melanoma cell lines, for 64 hours.
