Dicer deficiency in proximal tubules aggravates renal tubular injury and interstitial inflammation in unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). Proximal tubule (PT)-Dicer wild-type (WT) and PT-Dicer knockout (KO) mice were subjected to either sham operation (Sham) or UUO surgery.
