The NPX unit is an arbitrary value on a log2 scale, where a larger NPX value represents a higher protein expression. Comparisons were calculated using a general linear regression model with age as a covariate. Proteins with p-values < 0.05 in any comparison are shown. p ≤ 0.01 was considered statistically significant.
