(b), Alignment of the deduced amino acid sequence of VvMYBC2L2 with other repressor R2R3-MYB proteins. R2 and R3 are the two repeats of the MYB DNA-binding domain. C1 motif, C2 motif and TLLLFR motif are also boxed at the C-terminus position. (c) Phylogenetic analysis of R2R3-MYB transcription factors.
