The parameters are: an azimuthal angle of $\varphi =2^{\circ }$, a period of $L=635$nm, a bar width of $D=313$nm, a bar height of $H_{\mathrm{PMMA}}=124$nm, a refractive index of PMMA: $n_{\mathrm{PMMA}}=n_1+i{n}_2$ with $n_1=1.5$ and $n_2=0.001$, and the thickness of the gold substrate is $H_{\mathrm{Au}}=100$nm (from [17]).
