The inhibitory effects of machilin D (10) on iNOS mRNA expression in LPSstimulated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were incubated with LPS (1 μg/ml) and various concentrations (12.5–50 μM) of machilin D for 20 h and the expression of iNOS mRNA measured using real-time PCR. β-Actin mRNA was used as a control.
