(A) WT C57BL/6 or CD169−/− mice were injected with ~3×105 OT-I or OT-II cells stained with CTV. After 24 h, liposomes were injected. Proliferation of adoptively transferred cells, identified as CD4+ or CD8+TCR Vα2+Ly5a+ (bold gate), was measured 72 h later via CTV dilution. (B) Proliferation histograms for adoptively transferred CTV stained T cells in Ly5b+/+ mice injected with OVA-LP or OVA-LP-CD169L. Numbers represent cell division indices.
