Patients underwent bronchoscopy at the bronchoscopy suit in the VA hospital at Gainesville. They underwent bronchoscopy to evaluate for suspected malignant lung nodules. Virtual bronchoscopy was performed to determine the best approach to the lung nodules. An ultrathin bronchoscope with a 2.8 mm was used for the procedure along with a 1.2 mm transbronchial brush. These cases were performed by a single proceduralist.

All cases where r-EBUS were performed will be excluded. All cases that underwent blind transbronchial biopsies will be excluded. All cases where fluoroscopy was used were excluded.
