ASES, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons standardized shoulder assessment form; CI, confidence interval; SANE, Single Assessment Numeric Evaluation; VAS, visual analog scale; VR-MCS and VR-PCS, Veterans RAND 12-Item Health Survey, mental component summary and physical component summary; WORC, Western Ontario Rotator Cuff index.
Each beta estimate corresponds to a single independent multivariable model, adjusting for age, gender, surgery, smoking, week, and corresponding baseline outcome values. All lipids are binary variables (high vs. low), except for ratio of total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein, which is a continuous ratio variable.
Significant P value (< .05).
