ROC curve illustrates the discriminatory power of systemic angiogenic factors in individuals with TBL. ROC curve analysis was performed to assess the sensitivity, specificity and area under the curve using systemic angiogenic factors (VEGF-A, C, VEGF-R2, R3, Ang-2 and TIE2) and to calculate the ability of these factors to differentiate TBL from individuals with LTBI.
