LC-MS/MS data from the FL-RFP immunoprecipitation was scanned for peptides containing modifications corresponding to the ‘LeuArgGlyGly’ (LRGG) and ‘GlyGly’ (GG) post-tryptic digest remnant of ubiquitin as well as for Ser/Thr phosphorylation modifications. The various modified sites on Yca1 along with the peptide sequence and modification observed are listed above. The lowercase letter within the peptide sequence indicates the position of the amino acid residue where the modification was observed. The localization probability and the Ascore for each site reflects the positional accuracy of the modification
