Effects of acute discontinuation of twice-daily methamphetamine on 5-CSRTT performance. For each group, the data labeled ‘Pre’ were collected in a normal daily session, after which methamphetamine was not administered. Data labeled ‘D1-PM’ were collected in the afternoon session the following day; 5.6 mg/kg RO5263397 was administered prior to this second session in groups represented by open circles. ‘Discontinuation 1’(left column) represents data in which group assignments were the same as previous in the experiment, ‘discontinuation 2’(right column) represents data in which treatment assignments were reversed according to a crossover design.
