Note. Subscript C is used to denote BMI calculated using the clinical height and weight values. Subscript D is used to denote BMI calculated using the height and weight values obtained from the DLD. Continuous BMI C and BMI D included in Models 1 and 2 were scaled. Normal weight (BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m 2 ) is a reference category in Models 3 and 4.
