Figure 1. — PSCs promote the viability of AsPC-1, PANC-1 and MIA-PaCa-2 cells, and these effects may be partially inhibited by SB525334. The viability of cancer cells significantly increased, compared with those in the control group without co-culture (P<0.05). The effect of PSCs on the viability of AsPC-1 was significantly higher compared with the control (140.13±12.50%; P=0.014).
