Let-7b is downregulated in osteosarcoma cell lines and osteosarcoma tissues. (A) RT-qPCR was used to determine the endogenous levels of Let-7b in human osteosarcoma cell lines U2OS, MG-63 and SAOS-2, and the normal human osteoblastic cell line hFOB 1.19.
