Representative images are shown. Lower: HSCOREs of HAND2-positive cells in the endometrium revealed a significant reduction in HAND2 expression in mifepristone-exposed biopsies when compared to unexposed controls (N = 6). B indicates baseline (0 wks) and after 12 weeks (12 wks) indicates end of treatment, and they show a significant decrease (P < .02).
