Serum was collected from apoE^−/− mice after 12 weeks on Western diet (Before BMT) and from wildtype (WT), MΦLR1^−/−, apoE^−/−, and apoE^−/−/MΦLRP1^−/− (DKO) recipient mice following 10 weeks on chow diet.
