Efficient depletion of cyclin A using IAA and Dox. (a) Cyclin AKO cells expressing AID-cyclin A were generated as described in Materials and Methods. The cells were grown in the presence of IAA and/or Dox and harvested at the indicated time. Lysates were prepared and the expression of cyclin A was detected using immunoblotting. Control HeLa cells were included in the analysis to indicate the position and abundance of endogenous cyclin A. The positions of molecular size standards (in kDa) are indicated on the left.
