Checkerboard assay was performed using serial 2-fold dilutions of drugs. (A) Data for the combination of fluconazole and bafilomycin B₁. (B) Data for the combination of voriconazole and bafilomycin B₁. Plates were incubated at 35°C for 48 h and the optical density at 600 nm (OD₆₀₀) was determined. The graphs are representative of three independent replicate experiments.
