Periostin-treated HNECs supernatant enhances Th2 inflammation through TSLP activated DCs. HNECs were treated with recombinant periostin alone or with S-PN1, BAY 11-7082 or Ab anti-TSLP. DCs derived from CD14+ monocyte cells in PBMC of normal control, then cultured in complete RPMI medium alone or with the presence of HNECs supernatants as describing before. Autologous naïve T cells were co-culture with HNECs-activated DCs 5 days.
