The framework of this study. Radiomics-based model (M_Radiomics) and MCNNs-based model (M_MCNNs) were constructed on the CT-images from the training set. Then radiomics-based model and MCNNs-based model were combined to build the image-based model (M_{Radiomics+MCNNs}). Clinical features (M_Clinical) were added into the image-based model to establish the fused model (M_{Radiomics+Clinical}, M_{MCNNs+Clinical}, M_{Radiomics+MCNNs+Clinical}). All these seven models were tested in the validation set to calculate each AUC, sensitivity and specificity.
