In order to validate antibodies used in this study, whole mount paraformaldehyde-fixed mouse ovaries were cryosectioned and immunolabeled with FOXL2/DAZL (A), AMHR2/CYP19A (B), INHB/GJA1, (C) or FSHR/FSHβ (D) to demonstrate in situ localization of these markers within the mouse ovarian follicle (scale bar: 100 µm).
