Arrested IMR-90 cells were infected at a MOI of 50 for the indicated time period. Cell lysate was prepared by lysing 425,000 cells in NP-40 lysis buffer, boiling with sample buffer, and resolving on 4–12% Novex Bolt gradient gel, followed by western blotting for the indicated proteins. Each lane represents loading of protein from approximately 64,000 cells. Asterisks denote background bands. Relative molecular weights are indicated in kilo-Daltons.
