NT and C3 represent antibodies raised against the N-terminal domain of PGRMC1. (c) Newly proposed plasma membrane topology of csPGRMC1 based on the present study. The antigen binding sites of 4A68 and 108-B6 at least require residues 171–182 and 183–195, respectively, of PGRMC1 protein, although it could not exclude other residues from the body of the folded PGRMC1 protein.
